Refund policy
What we do:
- One-Time Exchanges: Yes, you can swap your item for another!
- Store Credits: We're happy to offer you store credit for your next purchase.
What we DON'T do:
- Refunds: Unless there's a fault, refunds aren't part of our policies.

Used or Damaged Items: We can't take back items that have been worn, used, or damaged (unless faulty). Conditions apply.

Change of Mind: Sorry, we can't accomodate returns if you change your mind.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS. Yep, that's final.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have FIVE DAYS of receiving your package for a full store credit.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We cannot accept returns on gift cards and on change of mind orders.
How to return your item
Step #1: Email us at info@tatahthelabel.com within FIVE days of receiving your item, and provide your original order number. If the item arrived faulty, please include clear images in your email. (Please note that we do NOT accept exchange requests outside of this time frame).
Step #2: Carefully package the item(s) using either the original packaging or new packaging or box provided. Please note that the item remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, so choose the appropriate packaging to avoid damage in transit. We cannot process your return if the package is lost or arrives damaged. Note that all return expenses are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty. We supply free return labels for all faulty items.
Step #3: Email us a copy of the ‘proof of postage,’ including a tracking number, to info@tatahthelabel.com within FIVE days of your return being authorised by us via email.
Step #4: Once we receive the original item(s) and confirm they meet our return standards (listed below), your store credit or refund will be processed and sent via email.
Return Standards
- Items must be in an unworn, unused, original condition.
- All items must be free from scratches (items that have visible marks of sunscreen, moisturiser, makeup, etc., or wear will not be eligible for exchange).
Please ensure your items meet the return standards before shipping to avoid disappointment.
Store credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive your store credit.
Be certain of your final decision and double-check your sizing before purchasing our jewellery.
